IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has recently ordered that Abuja, Lagos and all states within southeast regions be shutdown to remember many fallen heroes of Biafra who lost their lives fighting for freedom of the ‘Igbos’.
This statement was released by Kanu’s spokesman named Emma Powerful and he said the freedom fighter has ordered that everyone living in Lagos, Abuja and across all states within Southeastern Nigeria, should sit-at-home come 30th of May, 2021 to humbly celebrate Biafran fallen heroes.
He said “We the global family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by our prophet and liberator,
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, wish to announce to the public and Biafrans both home and abroad, that the annual anniversary of our fallen heroes and heroines will be on Sunday, 30th of May 2021.
On this note, places like Abuja, Lagos and all the eastern states at large must be shutdown, and all those who support our fight for freedom must sit at home to respect these people who gave out their precious lives for Biafra.
